Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or an API key on Prospect API (the “Service”), operated by MEETALENT SAS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta access

The Service is currently provided as a free beta. Quotas, rate limits and feature availability may change without notice. Beta accounts may be revoked at any time, in particular for abusive use, scraping at a rate that endangers the platform, or attempts to circumvent the per-key quota.

3. Acceptable use

• You will not redistribute the raw API responses to third parties outside your own organisation without prior written consent.
• You will not use the data to send unsolicited bulk email in violation of the GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or any local equivalent.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer the upstream data sources, probe the infrastructure, or share your API key with unauthorised parties.

4. Data sources

Contact and company records exposed through the Service originate from publicly available sources, including public professional profiles and corporate disclosures. Records are surfaced for legitimate business-development and recruitment use cases. Data subjects retain the rights described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. MEETALENT SAS makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous twelve months (zero during the free beta).

6. Termination

Either party can terminate access at any time. On termination, your API keys are revoked and your stored data is retained for 30 days before deletion (audit logs may be retained longer when required by law).

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
